We understand that customers need to check the condition of the item upon receipt; therefore:
Opened items can still be returned.
Items should be in good condition and not affect resale.
Original packaging, tags, and accessories should be retained whenever possible.
Non-Returnable Items

Items are missing original accessories or tags;

The return request period has expired.
Returns for Quality Issues
If the product has any of the following issues:

For products verified to have quality issues, return shipping costs will be borne by Tortian INC, and a full refund will be provided.
Returns for Non-Quality Issues

Dislike; Incorrect size; Style not as expected; Duplicate purchase;
Returns can be requested if the return conditions are met.
Return shipping costs for non-quality issues are borne by the buyer.

After refund approval:
The refund will be returned to the original payment method;
The refund will be processed within 3-5 business days; The actual arrival time may vary depending on the processing speed of the bank or payment institution.
